1Scope of Service

BBS Portal is the digital platform of Bangkok Bilingual School (BBS), serving students, parents, teachers, and staff. It covers after-school programme enrolment, invoicing, school communications, and account management.

2User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to access BBS Portal.
• Do not share login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
• Student and staff accounts require a @bbs.ac.th email. Parent accounts may use personal Gmail addresses.

3Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BBS Portal for purposes unrelated to school activities.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.
• Probe, scan, or attack the system using automated tools or scripts.
• Disseminate false information, harmful content, or content that violates Thai law.

4Parent Data & Student Linking

The school may pre-populate parent guardian slots by importing parent email addresses via CSV, or by linking through Google Classroom rosters. Imported parents have no account until they authenticate via Google One-Tap. By activating their account, parents accept these Terms of Service.

5Intellectual Property

All content on BBS Portal, including software, design, and school data, is the property of Bangkok Bilingual School or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6Limitation of Liability

BBS Portal is provided as-is. The school is not liable for damages resulting from system failures, data loss, or service interruptions beyond the school's reasonable control.

7Changes to These Terms

The school may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Thailand.
